Losing weight is hard to do on your own and especially if you don't have great support at home.
I had been struggling with my weight all my life. Although I tried to eat healthy foods and exercise, my excess weight was 12 kg and I wanted to get rid of it. I was constantly tired with the reason being that my body wasn't getting enough nutrition. A close friend of mine introduced me to Herbalife's products and everything changed.
Just a few days after starting using the products I felt the difference. My stamina increased and the joy of life returned. After about 12 weeks I had lost 12 kg and as a bonus 30 cm around my hips!
Herbalife's products have helped me to control my weight now for many years. I can enjoy the food I love and still keep my ideal weight.
I'll start my morning with a delicious protein shake to kick start my day.
I used the products during my whole pregnancy and I felt great, no morning sickness or extra fluid that is very common!

As a working mum of three, I’m always on the go.
I don’t have the time or the energy to think and organize my own lunch, I have often have gone too long without any food during the day and then getting super hungry by late afternoon. As a result poor food choices have been known to occur when preparing dinner.
This became a concern to me as I put on 23kgs with my last baby.
With my Herbalife shakes for lunch and the protein bars for snack when I’m out and about (or feel like something sweet after dinner) I’ve not only lost the weight, but together with my training have decreased body fat and increased muscle tone, hence have improved my body shape.
This is great as I’ve actually increased my daily food intake, in comparison to prior the shakes and protein. I’ve found that the midday shake has given me more energy to keep me going full steam ahead without me getting that sugar craving in the afternoon which has meant better food choices.
The body scanning that was done before starting on Herbalife and at regular intervals have also been extremely interesting and motivating, but with such tasty and EASY products you don’t really need external motivation to keep going.
As long as my husband doesn’t use up all the shake and protein as he has started taking them (on his own accord) for breakfast. For someone like him who doesn’t like having breakfast so early, 6.30am, this has been perfect. Thanks Lisen for making my daily routine so much easier and for helping me with my body shape and energy.
